This drop-in coffee morning is a social event for anyone that has recently been referred to St Catherine's. Come along with your loved ones, enjoy refreshments, and chat to others in a similar situation.

Bereavement Drop-In Group
This drop-in group is aimed at people who have been bereaved for between six to 18 months. The group provides a chance to meet other people, over a cuppa, who have also been bereaved so you can gain peer support through shared experiences.

These classes will provide you with strategies to manage your breathlessness so you can do more and live well.
